I am an experienced sport tissue therapy specialist and offer sports, deep tissue and holistic massage treatments.  I am passionate about the work I do and have been working in the health and fitness industry for a number of years now as a massage therapist and personal trainer.

I treat clients who might have a sports or soft tissue injury or dysfunction or who might be tired and stressed from work or home pressure.  Depending on the individual’s needs, I include muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, as well as traditional massage techniques in my treatments.

My qualifications are:

ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage
ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage
BTEC Diploma Level 5 in Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage Therapy – completion in April 2018

Member of the CThA – Complementary Therapy Association
Member of LSRM -The Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists
Fully insured and first aid trained

For treatments I uses new comfortable heated massage table, massage wax or almond oil and shower facilities are available.
