Fitness Training

IMG_0955As well as massage therapy I also offer  boxing/box-fit and circuit training fitness sessions.   These are great for building cardio fitness, strength, improving co-ordination and developing a strong core which is vital for good posture.  I usually train in parks in the Waterloo area.

My training sessions are for anyone who is serious about getting fit and having fun along the way.  As your personal trainer I will prepare your training sessions to suit your needs. I will identify your personal training goals and plan and adapt as necessary. If you are interested in learning how to box or improve your boxing skill, then this will be a great low pressured way to start.  Beginners, either male or female, are more than welcome. In addition to training adults I have also experience running boxing/circuit sessions for a school in London with kids who have special needs, ages 10 – 14yrs.

I have a Personal Training qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness, completed and placed in two natural body building competitions and won my first white collar boxing fight last year.  I have also done a number of obstacle course races in Sydney such as Tough Mudder, Spartan, Warrior Dash,  Stampede, Stadium Stomp, Race to the top (Eureka Tower in Melbourne and Centre Point Tower in Sydney). In addition to this I have over 20yrs gym training experience.
